Suhkuria Foundation LBG

These Terms and Conditions govern all donations made to Suhkuria Foundation. By donating, you agree to the following:

  1. Purpose of Donations
  • All donations are used to support Suhkuria Foundation’s charitable projects, programs, and activities in Ghana, Burkina Faso, Togo, and other areas where we operate.
  • Funds are applied where most needed unless a donor specifies a particular project, in which case the Foundation will make every effort to honor that request.
  1. Acceptance of Donations
  • Donations may be made in Cash, Bank Transfer, Mobile Money, or other methods approved by Suhkuria Foundation.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to refuse a donation if it is not in line with our mission, values, or legal requirements.
  1. Non-Refundable Contributions
  • All donations are final and non-refundable, except in the case of proven error (e.g., duplicate payment).
  1. Donor Information
  • Donors are required to provide accurate details (name, contact information, and payment details).
  • Donor information will be kept confidential and used only for official purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.
  1. Receipts and Acknowledgements
  • Donors will receive an official receipt or acknowledgement upon request.
  1. Use of Funds
  • Suhkuria Foundation commits to responsible stewardship and transparency in the use of all donations.
  • Regular reports and updates on funded projects will be made available to supporters.
  1. Legal Compliance
  • All donations must comply with local and international laws.
  • Donors are responsible for ensuring that their contributions are made in accordance with the laws of their country.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • Suhkuria Foundation reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Continued donations after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
